Need-to-Know Information About Adipex
Phentermine is the general name for Adipex. Phentermine should be administered no less than one hour before your meal, always on an empty stomach. Because Phentermine is a medication that lasts a long time, it must be swallowed in its entirety. It should not be crushed or chewed; because doing so can deter its effectiveness and might result in additional side effects. You should not take a dose in the evening because it may result in sleeplessness.
Phentermine should be taken only as prescribed and should not be taken longer than directed. It is most commonly prescribed for 8-12 weeks. It is not recommended that it be used in combination with other appetite suppression prescriptions. Your doctor should be consulted before using Phentermine.
